Sue Murphy has been a trainer at Personal Training Studio since 2000. Her interest in fitness began at an early age when she became a serious runner. She has taken her passion for fitness and parlayed it into a rewarding career. She is certified with American Council on Exercise and has made it her mission to stay abreast of the latest trends of personal training. Her number one goal is to help her clients to achieve their fitness desires. She continues to practice what she preaches by continuing her own cross training daily.
